traditional abdominal therapy
I offer a Meso-American traditional abdominal therapy technique that was taught to me by a student of Don Elijio Panti. it is a gentle and noninvasive modality. across many cultures, for centuries, womb and abdominal massage has helped treat menstrual issues, digestive issues, offered fertility support, assisted in healing postpartum, reduced scar tissue, addressed emotional distress, etc. the list of benefits is endless. sessions last from 60 to 120 minutes with an extensive intake process and a warm castor oil treatment. after our first hands-on session, I teach you self-massage on your belly, to continue your healing with your own hands, in your own time, in your own home.
60 minutes $89
120 minutes $149(not being offered at this time. I am in school full-time)

Placenta ‘augments the Essence’ …in Traditional Chinese Medicine, this translates to “Placenta makes greater/stronger the vital force of a person.”
> benefits of placenta encapsulation <encapsulation base rate is $230 beginning January 2025. I offer sliding scale options of $130-230. My rate changes depending on additional elements requested and travel fees. If you’re curious about sliding scale rates, please visit the COMMUNITY page.
I offer steam-prep encapsulation using warming elements like ginger and lemon (this can be customized based on individual needs). clients who choose this method often report a smoother emotional transition postpartum and a more stable milk supply. steaming the placenta tempers the hormones it contains and offers a softer reintroduction and reabsorption into the body over time.
encapsulation fee includes capsules, an herbal gift handmade by me, and a umbilical cord keepsake.
(I was trained in encapsulation in 2011 by Carrie Hankins, The Placenta Lady)

a word about cost and value
I believe that offering my work at a sliding scale is an essential contribution to seeking broader economic justice and taking full account of the privileges and obstacles that allow us to access certain services, or prohibit us from doing so. It is my deep wish that my services be accessible to the people who want them. This sliding scale model is based on assessing the privileges and/or oppressions you carry with you, and deciding what to pay accordingly. Please visit my community support page for more information.
